Run this program and ComputAssist will take control of your computer to train or troubleshoot. RescueLine is intended for Windows PC support. For Mac OS X and Linux, ask for a Secure SHell connection. RescueLine works best when you have a broadband Internet connection (cable modem or DSL), but also works with dial-up! RescueLine will work through all firewalls that permit outbound connections.

No files are permanently installed on your PC for the connection, and once you close it, it is closed for good.
