RescueLine in IE
1. From the COMPUTASSIST home page, click on the RescueLine menu.

2. On the RescueLine page, click on the big blue button.

3. You will get a prompt to run or save the program. Choose Run and click OK.

4. You will see a warning about running an unsigned executable file. Click Yes to run RescueLine.

5. The RescueLine program will run and display this window. To initiate the connection, double-click on the "COMPUTASSIST RescueLine support" text. The remote support connection will open shortly.
