2. On the RescueLine page, click on the big blue button.

3. You will get a prompt to save the program to disk. Click OK. Depending on your browser preferences, you may be prompted where to save the file.

4. The Download Manager will show the downloaded RescueLine program. When the download is complete, click Open.

5. You will see a warning about running executable files. This is good, and you should always be cautious about running downloaded files. In this case, click OK to run RescueLine.

6. The RescueLine program will run and display this window. To initiate the connection, double-click on the "COMPUTASSIST RescueLine support" text. The remote support connection will open shortly.
